For Mothers
Understanding Motherhood
Explore Matrescenceâthe transformation of becoming a motherâand why this change is emotional, hormonal, physical, and neurological.
Youâll learn how the maternal brain rewires to support intuition, bonding, and awareness, and why this shift can feel overwhelming without support.
We also introduce Dr Oscar Serrallachâs framework for Postnatal Depletion, helping you understand changes in energy, mood, and identity. This course helps everything finally make sense and gives you a clear foundation for healing
Sleep & the Nervous System
Learn how your nervous system shapes your sleep, energy, mood, and emotional capacity in motherhood.
Youâll understand why broken sleep can feel so overwhelming and why rest doesnât always restore you. We explore common patterns like overstimulation, sensory overload, and constant alertness, and youâll receive simple, realistic tools to help your system return to calm.
Youâll also learn gentle practices for co-regulation, grounding, and creating pockets of rest, even in the busiest seasons of mothering.
Your Physical Recovery
This course supports you to rebuild your energy and vitality from the inside out.
Youâll learn how to nourish your body in simple, realistic ways that balance hormones, restore nutrient levels, and support mood and sleep. We explore how the maternal cycle shifts after birth, and how to work with your body rather than push against it.
Youâll also receive guidance on energy and physical strength, along with gentle somatic tools to reduce stress. This course helps you reconnect with a body that feels supported, responsive, and alive.
The Inner World of Motherhood
Explore the emotional and cultural patterns that shape how mothers see themselves.
Youâll look at how expectations, guilt, and the pressure to be âSuper Mumâ have been inherited across generations, and how these patterns impact your nervous system and sense of worth. We gently explore the Mother Wound, overwhelm, and the mental load, with tools to release what no longer serves you.
Youâll begin to create healthier boundaries, reclaim your voice, and reconnect with the mother and woman you truly are.
The Outer World of Motherhood
This course focuses on your relationships, home environment, and support systems.
Youâll learn practical communication tools to create emotional safety in your family, and explore partnership after children in a grounded, relatable way. We look at how to create a home that supports your nervous system and your childrenâs, including simple choices that reduce stress and overwhelm.
Youâll also experience the power of womenâs circles and shared support, and learn how to advocate for your needs with confidence. This course helps your outer world begin to feel lighter, clearer, and more supportive.
The Sacred Dimension of Motherhood
Explore the meaning, purpose, and inner growth that emerge through motherhood. We acknowledge the challenging seasons as part of a deeper transformation, and explore how identity, resilience, intuition, and compassion evolve during this time.
Youâll reconnect with your inner guidance and the innate wisdom of mothering, and explore gentle, grounded ways to live your values in family and community life.
This course helps you integrate the journey and remember yourself as both mother and woman, rooted, connected, and whole.
