Community Heals Motherhood.
Motherhood was never meant to be done alone — and yet so many mothers find themselves carrying it quietly, privately, and without the witnessing and honesty they deeply need.
In this free webinar, postnatal depletion expert Dr Oscar Serrallach and Co-Founder of The MotherCare Project Caroline Cowley are joined by Nadine Richardson (SheBirths) to explore the profound healing power of mother-to-mother community, and in particular, the role of mother circles as spaces of safety, regulation, and belonging.
Together, they will reflect on why connection is so important for maternal recovery and transformation.
This Valuable Discussion Will Include:Â
- Why being seen and heard by other mothers can be deeply reparative.
-  How sharing stories — without fixing, advice, or expectation — restores a sense of wholeness.
- The way nervous systems naturally co-regulate in safe, attuned groups.
- Why validation matters so deeply during matrescence, at any stage of motherhood.
- Take part in the Q&A session where you're welcome to ask your own questions and share your own insights on this powerful topic.
All registrations will receive a recording after the event. The value of joining us live is the opportunity to take part in the Q&A.Â
You’ll also hear from Mothermorphosis Circle facilitators Steph (Australia) and Jakki (USA), as they share how community has played a meaningful role in their own journeys of recovery — and what it means to now hold space for other mothers.
This is a 40-minute live webinar, followed by time for questions and reflection.
Whether you are newly postpartum, many years into motherhood, or simply feeling the quiet pull toward deeper connection, you are warmly invited to join us — to listen, to learn, and to feel what becomes possible when motherhood is held in community.
